Delete your account

You can delete your PreggyAI account and everything in it at any time. There is no form to fill in and nothing to justify — deleting is a right, not a request.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open PreggyAI and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top corner.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email support@preggyai.online from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done.

We may need to confirm you control the account before deleting it. That check exists to stop someone else deleting your pregnancy records, and it is the only thing we will ask you for.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed:

• Your profile — name, email, due date, baby name, and settings
• Every chat message, and the memories the app had built up from them
• Symptoms, moods, weights, appointments, kick counts and contraction sessions
• Notebook entries and checklists
• Bump photos and your profile picture, including the stored image files
• Notification history and any scheduled reminders
• Your sign-in link, so the account cannot be reached again

If you had a linked partner, the link is removed as part of this. Their own account and their own data are not deleted — only the connection between you, and their access to anything of yours.

How long it takes, and what is kept

Your data is removed immediately when deletion runs. Two things outlive it, both deliberately and neither containing anything personal:

• A record that this account was deleted, held so that any device still signed in is signed out rather than continuing to work. It contains an internal identifier and a date — no name, email, or health information — and it is erased automatically after about a year.
• Ordinary server logs, which do not contain your chat content or health entries and are discarded on their own schedule.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — those are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. Cancel it in your store account, or the billing will continue.

This cannot be undone

There is no recovery window and no backup we can restore from. If you sign up again later with the same Apple or Google account, you start completely fresh — a new, empty account.
